Please register first for this website to sign up for the conference.

Registration fees

There are three types of event registration, with discounts for current (2018) members of EABA. The rates are:

  • Full member / affiliate member of EABA (100.00 €)

  • Student member of EABA (40.00 €)

  • Non-Member (250.00 €)

Please notice the deadline for early conference registration. Conference fees will increase by 30 € after August 31st, 2018.

If you are not a current (full, affiliate, student) member of EABA, please got to the EABA-website and register for the appropriate membership type. Your membership will expire after the chosen period (e.g. 1 year) unless you actively extend your membership (Note: a one-year affiliate or student membership and the appropriate conference fee is less than the conference fee for non-members).

Additional fees

During the registration process, you'll may also buy tickets for

  • the conference catering (coffee breaks onyl - for lunch, there is a university canteen and several restaurants nearby), including a special, environmental friendly EABA coffee mug (limited edition) (35.00 €)
  • the gala dinner (menu) on Friday evening (50.00 €)
  • the costs for an expo booth (50.00 €).

Please take notice that there are only 120 seats for the gala dinner. The number of Expo boothes is restricted to 12.

Payment

Payment will be via PayPal. You may either use your PayPal account, bank transfer or credit card.

Please keep in mind that it is not possible to pay any fees at the venue (front desk is not allowed to take cash).

Please notice: By registering for the conference, you agree that you'll appear on photos that EABA may use for advertisement, webites etc. Third-party use is excluded.

Registrations may be canceled by August 31st latest (full refund). Cancelations after this date are not possible (100 % cancelation fee).
