Information for poster presenters
Please read the following information carefully.
The poster session will last for approx. 2 hours on Thursday evening. The poster session will take place in a room on the
fourth floor of the venue (the same room were the welcome reception, the “get together”, takes place on Wednesday evening). Probably we will serve water, wine and snacks during the poster session (but that’s not sure yet). Please bring your posters to this room well in advance (during Thursday late afternoon). Poster boards [Link auf das Foto] are 1500 mm high and 1200 mm wide (i.e. that’s the maximum space available for your poster). Poster boards are used on both sides (i.e. on the backside, there’ll be another poster). We will provide you with fixing pins. Please remove your poster immediately after the poster session has ended. Posters left behind are disposed of.
Notice: You are responsible for hanging up and removing your poster. We take no responsibility for your poster, if you leave it unattended.

Both printing shops can print a poster within half an hour. However, we’d recommend contacting the printing shop in advance via email (they accept orders via email). A hint: In Germany the paper size is different from the US or some other countries. The DIN standards apply. Printing in DIN-A format normally is more affordable than in other sizes.
